What are the best aspects of this product?
Spaces facilitate collaboration in the platform and boost knowledge sharing. Ease of sharing files and documents plus ability to support versioning. Ability to locate experts via my colleagues function. Ability to add addons and customize the program; this includes SharePoint and Bonita for workflows, Only-office for editing documents and supports integration with other platforms such as Single Sign On options.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The support for the product is not easy to locate, especially when you are facing challenges. Few training or workshops.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More addons the will boost the knowledge base.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ability to reach out to people all over the country through the virtual spaces. Location of experts and getting answers for critical questions was made easier.
