What do you like best?

The platform is very advanced, but my favorite aspect of DCDial is by far their customer service! The DCDial team has built custom features at our request.

Special thanks to Haze and the rest of the customer support team!

What do you dislike?

The system is very customizable, so there are a lot of settings to learn. But they do provide YouTube videos, help files, and the customer service team is very responsive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a way to automate our customer outreach and payment processing. We have been able to greatly increase ur productivity using the Predictive Dialer and SMS campaigns. Additionally, our clients are now able to make payments using IVR and the DCDial online payment portal. We no longer have to use live agents to process payments!

We work as a payment collection company which offer different businesses to collect money from their debtors.We were seeking for a solution which could help to reach the people to collect money using a hassle free way, where debtor could pay easily online either via Payment IVR or web and obviously secure, So DCDial works well for all these requirements, no physical interaction nor debtors need to visit banks.DCDial proved a great for both calling services and payment services, so it's a great combination when you get in a single solution. While their support team is awesome in sense of responding to the queries over a phone call, chat or ticketing system, while they are just a phone call away. The great thing with their team is they deliver things timely and completely. I have many examples: for example when we need anything to customize for us, they did it more than our expectations, and their development team made that available just like it was already there, So the coordination between their team is great, like if you are talking to their support team regarding any new feature, it is like you are talking to their technical team, so they help straight away without waiting for their technical team come to answer the queries. Best of luck DCDial, we recommend you guys 100% if someone is looking for call center or payment solution.

I've never heard of DCDial before actually trying it and, honestly, in the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about them. However, I am glad I gave them a chance because their app is AMAZING. Extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, has a lot of features that other big companies don't even offer + their team is ready to customize an app for you if you have any special requests

When I started using DCDial, I was interested specifically in the SMS campaigns because we send appointment reminders to our clients daily. I was super excited when I learned about the additional functionality of their SMS campaigns, particularly including a payment link in the SMS. Our clients are extremely happy now because there is no need to call us every time they want to make a payment: now they can do that on their own whenever.

One of the things that sold me on DCDial was the ability to customize the system based on my business needs. I had spoken to some other VoIP service providers before and they don't provide the same level of customizatoin as DCDial.

I've loved DCDial ever since we had our initial demo with Haze. I'm continually impressed by DCDial's functionality. The number of inbound calls has grown so dramatically with the automation that they did for us, that we had to hire a few other people for only answering inbound calls and handling requests.
