I've never had any problems with DCDial. I am not the most tech savvy person, but the system is really easy to use and their customer support people are always ready to assist you.

The system is very customizable, so there are a lot of settings to learn. But they do provide YouTube videos, help files, and the customer service team is very responsive.What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a way to automate our customer outreach and payment processing. We have been able to greatly increase ur productivity using the Predictive Dialer and SMS campaigns. Additionally, our clients are now able to make payments using IVR and the DCDial online payment portal. We no longer have to use live agents to process payments!

I've never heard of DCDial before actually trying it and, honestly, in the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about them. However, I am glad I gave them a chance because their app is AMAZING. Extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, has a lot of features that other big companies don't even offer + their team is ready to customize an app for you if you have any special requests
When I started using DCDial, I was interested specifically in the SMS campaigns because we send appointment reminders to our clients daily. I was super excited when I learned about the additional functionality of their SMS campaigns, particularly including a payment link in the SMS. Our clients are extremely happy now because there is no need to call us every time they want to make a payment: now they can do that on their own whenever.

One of the things that sold me on DCDial was the ability to customize the system based on my business needs. I had spoken to some other VoIP service providers before and they don't provide the same level of customizatoin as DCDial.
I've loved DCDial ever since we had our initial demo with Haze. I'm continually impressed by DCDial's functionality. The number of inbound calls has grown so dramatically with the automation that they did for us, that we had to hire a few other people for only answering inbound calls and handling requests.
