Cflow is a workflow automation tool that can streamline business processes, reduce associated paperwork, and eliminate manual errors. With the help of a visual drag-and-drop and WYSIWYG designer, users can create their own workflows without the need to code a single line. The API integration also enables users to integrate and work with third-party tools through Zapier. The bandwidth of possible integrations includes web services, webhooks, and custom connectors. With multi-device capability, users can build workflows on the web app and access them through the mobile app for instant review and approvals. Cflow deploys AWS data centers and data encryption to protect the data of users. They can configure their backup policies with automated backups of all data. Various functions that the tool can handle include HR and admin tasks for strategic initiatives, sales and marketing integration, management of key accounting and financial data, tracking and building a flexible IT ops infrastructure, and centralized procurement.

Good product for team workflow management

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The core features of this product is well designed for workflow automation. Very straight forward for process management and the built in forms helped us to go live immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The web application is good but there are some restricted features when you use mobile. We use mobile all the time and expect the same on mobile app too.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More features in mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to automate our HR related processes like onboaring and offboarding.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Good platform to keep track of most of the processes in our organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Rules engine functionality is quite difficult to use with the help of support team.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think its better now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cflow helped us to automate major workflows like recruitment, purchase, travel request etc.. before we were actually doing them in papers and emails.

What are the best aspects of this product?

- First, it's no code
- Easy integrations
- User-friendly rules engine
- Great support
- Low price

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It will be better if you do more theme based dashboards and display pictures on user notifications.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I personally feel that small businesses need this software. I am a regular user of Cflow and find all the features needed by our company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to automate a few processes like purchase, product return, invoice generation, and other finance workflows, our office colleague suggested this workflow software and we went for a demo. The customer support team was excellent while walking us through the workflow creation.
