What do you like best?

I can truly say Promapp is the best process mapping and document control software I have used in a 20 year career. They also have the best customer support of any software company I have every worked with. I have recommended Promapp to several other business partners and industry groups, and given demos.

What do you dislike?

No downside I have encountered yet. Everything is excellent.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have seen benefits converting our thinking to process based management vs "people" based knowledge. We have seen groups and individuals who think that what they do is "so different" come together and realize that really they are all doing a common process once they see it mapped out together.

What do you like best?

Promapp allows the process owners to define and document their processes in an easy and meaningful way, then automatically creates the graphical representation for them. The addition of the automated workflow creation is just the icing on the cake.

What do you dislike?

The only downside, is not really a downside, is that there are so many features of Promapp that it's hard to be able to utilize them all.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Promapp for software documentation with our clients as well as process management internally. Although we could have built a solution in SharePoint that would suffice, it would probably only be able to provide about half of the features and value that Promapp does.

What do you like best?

Staff can access most this from one place and be confident that it is the most up to date information. They can easily provide feedback or recommendations with in the processes helping to improve them and keeping staff better involved and engaged.

What do you dislike?

It can be a bit slow when staff need to click through a process or jump to a different one quickly.

Standardization.

Easily communicate updates to or new processes.

Keeping procedures up to date.

What do you like best?

Resource cost getting saved as the automation helped us to grow better. The overall process become bug free which saving the cost and time required for process. The reporting and analytics of the completed process helping us to grow better and focus on those area where we have to a great tool to go and use.

What do you dislike?

Overall valuation of the product along with performance is not very impressive. The improvement on this area along with few new features can build more client base.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Smooth Process management is one the critical thing business This tool is really helping to automate on time and within budget. The back end front end process automation now became very simple , error free and easy to use. We are happy to with product for longer period of time

The process automation become bug free and resource free almost as of the steps are getting completed automatically and this helping to grow better. The cost and time required to complete those processes are very less. One the reliable and stable product to go for.

What do you like best?

Platform help to automate back end and front end business processes to automate, this helping the through put increase. As these low level process needs much manual intervention which is not went away. Overall the time and cost required to complete the business process went down. we are happy to be user of the this platform

What do you dislike?

The number of processes as and when got executing simultaneously the performance of the platform goes down. The structured pricing policy can also help to add more clients on the table. Documentation is another area to improve.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a worth, The trial version can be used to test out the benefits we are getting out of it The business processes got automated using this platform and really save your cost and time. The response time got faster using this platform

This helps to save the time required to complete the business process. The manual intervention got minimized and that helped us to execute the process with faster response time. Because of less manual intervention the processes are getting completed error free.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nintex platform is N.1 workflow engine that works on SharePoint Environment. I like that this system makes our work easier and gets our work to a new level of pleasure. We really like working through workflows and automate processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could include users within the updating process, also, the updating process is slow. What i mean is that they could involve the-end users to share the valuable custom and compound actions with each others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this solution to automate all our processes. We have lot of departments that their work is paper based and we needed to find a solution in order to revamp this by using SharePoint capabilities and this tool’ workflow. It reduces the resource time to deliver our tasks and projects.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With this tool you can easily get the solution up and running. I like that I can implement this tool in a group within minutes without using custom coded solutions. The UI has great drag and drop feature so we can easily teach others to use it and allow others to create their own workflows, in this way we engage them through the process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The cryptic sometimes makes us spending lot of time in pinpointing in what went wrong, we can put in Log History actions and it forces us to run the workflow even though we know that it will fail in showing us what went wrong.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use workflow platform for automation and approval, also for internal data lookups and internal site creation automation. We managed to streamline various processes that were paper based and to open up channels to better communicate and track changes, requests and tasks. It helps us to get deep visibility to executives.

I am the process owner for my whole team. If I wanted to send the feedback to the process expert the comment I make comes back to me. How can i change this so they can view it and update it and send it back to me? I do not create processes but have a team that does.

One systematic way to record all procedures. Easy to train replacement staff and casuals by printing out or logging them on to Promapp.
