Vodia, compared to other PBX software, is incredibly easy to set up and use. The user interface is fairly simple, so you should have no issues in figuring out what to do.
What I like the best is that their customer support team is friendly and very quick with their responses to any of your queries. They also eagerly listen to customers whenever requests for a particular feature are made.What do you dislike?
The Voida mobile application for android feels like there is room for improvement. It does not quite match the experience of using it on a computer yet. That being said, there is also no support for iOS at the moment, so this may be an issue for iPhone users.Recommendations to others considering the product:

We needed a good and stable VoIP application and Vodia PBX seemed to fit the bill. Voice call quality is exceptionally good.
The obvious benefits that come from VoIP applications are call logging, call recording, reporting, call monitoring, voice recognition. There are more features who will be able to make better use of it if they work in call centers or customer support.
