What do you like best about Vanillasoft?Great support and AI features have been added since last review given. These are all working well along with the regular parts of the CRM system.What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?I don’t have any dislikes at this time. What do you like best about Vanillasoft?I find VanillaSoft very easy to use, which is a big plus. I also like the email sequences and the call outcome features. The automation emails and automatic text messages, along with automatic outcomes, work very well for our industry. The initial setup was very easy too.What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?I find the speed of the software can be improved as it affects the whole experience of using it.What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?I use VanillaSoft for automations, mass calling, and automatic text messages. The automations and automatic outcomes work well for our industry.

What do you like best about Vanillasoft?I really like VanillaSoft for its speed, especially when making fast phone calls, which is crucial in our industry for getting people on the phone. Everything all around works very well, and the automations, emailing, and texting features are just overall better compared to what we used before. It's better for getting people on the phone, crucial for my industry.

What do you like best about Vanillasoft?Note taking and Scheduling are what I like best. It allows me to be prepared and remember my appointments when necessary.What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?The downside include the lagging at times. Sometimes it breaks my momentum.What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?It allows me to take notes so that I am prepared for my next appointment.

What do you like best about Vanillasoft?I like that it keeps all my leads in one place, and that I can track them efficiently. It makes it easier for me to stay organized and follow up without losing track of anything.What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?Sometimes my leads don’t get routed when they’re supposed to, which is really frustrating and ends up slowing everything down.What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?I don’t have to worry about tracking my leads on paper anymore, which makes staying organized a lot easier.

What do you like best about Vanillasoft?I really appreciate the flexibility in how we can configure the dialer settings: things like the queues, the number of attempts, call resolutions, etc.. It also makes the process straightforward and easy for the agents to use, because they don’t have to stop and think about who to call next; the system makes that decision for them.What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?The only thing that we don't really like about Vanillasoft is the reporting. That part needs to be improved. We definitely, at the end of each quarter, face some issues and need to export data to Excel in order for us to be able to manipulate it how we want.What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?We've automated our call center and integrated all call attempts, call resolutions, and outcomes with our CRM, which makes the process of managing the call center super easy. We don't need additional licenses for CRM for our call center team. They're being presented with all the information they need inside Vanillasoft that syncs from CRM, and when the outcomes happen for each call, it seamlessly syncs back, so we're happy.

What do you like best about Vanillasoft?Issues are fixed within the work day so we can get back to work quickly.What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?The website seems old and could use a new look.What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?It solves issues with voicemails and calls actually going thru which makes my shifts easier
