What do you like best?
Modern Cloud Inventory and Sales System which give to my team amazing easy access to entire product database (names, images, prices, spec), all of Sales Orders either from Tradegecko or synced Shopify few channels pushed automatically, not mention that Purchasing Order we manage very easy. TG developed great App for iPhones and iPads special for sales team which work off-line with amazing speed, easy sync with Cloud - really help a lot about checking quantity for entire product data base which re-located to many different locations. Additionally have to mentione about great very well developed saels App which we use during the trade fairs and other events.
What do you dislike?
not much I could say here... , really can not find any, maybe need to improve imaga sync with Shopify channels but this is small issue so far
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really spent some time to find the right SaaS (inventory) for my company. I tested a few and after 2-3 months I made decision about TG. As the bigginer in 2014 I got a bit problem to implement all of products but 'step by step' most of products well implemented in one month.

- full control of inventory of hundreds of products - all happening simultaneously in real-time
- transparent control of total sales e.g. per channel, per location, per product, variants etc / statistic and analitics well done
- purchasing from vendors section perfectly developed
- beautiful documents in PDF (sales orders, purchasing orders or stock transfers) with right content and perfect product icons/images
- B2B channel with access to individual customers with dedicated price list, multi currency and payments solved by 3rd party
