At the same time, it’s very user-friendly for candidates, making it easier to apply for jobs and find better opportunities.

What do you like best about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?The HCM extracts build process is amazing and helps developer to do very little code to get the results. We could reuse the base design for most of the core extracts. We would like to see some improvements in the UI side though!What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?Could have used temp table concepts for inbound integrations. The HDL transformation formula is using row processing, but temp table can help improve the performance by making it as set processing.What problems is Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps managing the employee data for the entire org and we as a technical team help integrating the HCM cloud application with all other applications and vendor systems by creating integrations, reports, API, etc.

What do you like best about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?What I like the best about Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Capital Management is the transparency the system offers. We implemented every module in HCM Cloud and it has been a very pleasant and easy transition...from PeopleSoft.What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?What I dislike about Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management is not being able to use SQL to get information out of the system.What problems is Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?Its allowing the functional leads within the organization to take back or manage their own data.

What do you like best about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?Overall it's been great, the migration was great, although we were never notified of scheduled proccesses that needed to be set, so we ended up with alot of unsynced accounts.What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?Dislike that you cannot e-file w2's like you could in Oracle EBS. We will need to go through a third party and we were not expecting for fusion not to have this.What problems is Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?It's been better service then using ebs, as dealing with updating java and on-premise was very difficult. Being on cloud has made a lot of things easier for us. Moved to Oracle Fusion HCM in Jan.

What do you like best about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?Our entire organization finds this application to be user-friendly and can be accessed from mobile devices. It allows employees to utilize all of the self-service functions such as payslips, and W-4 changes. This application is great for employee goal setting and allows managers to give feedback to the employee without delays. +What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?Product support is slow or the rep doesn't know the anwser the the questions that arise from employees.Recommendations to others considering Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?Great applications to manage HR, payroll, employee goal setting, and other employee-related needs.What problems is Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?Having a centeralized employee managemnt application from a single dashboard. Onboarding and off-boarding employees has become a much faster process for out HR department. Payroll clerks are completing these processes faster and more accurate.
