What is the HomeHost plan?

HomeHost is IntuitiveStay for Airbnb hosts and short-term rental operators. Instead of tracking emotional intelligence across a team, it focuses on what matters most to STR hosts: protecting your Superhost status, intercepting negative guest experiences before they become public reviews, and understanding your listing performance through private guest feedback. What is the Service Signature?

IntuitiveStays Service Signature is a portable career record for hospitality staff. Every time a guest nominates a team member through the Name Drop prompt, that recognition is logged to their profile. When a staff member moves jobs, their record moves with them. It makes the invisible people in hospitality visible, giving them something to carry beyond a reference letter.

What is IntuitiveStay?

IntuitiveStay is a guest feedback and team intelligence platform built for independent hospitality operators. Guests scan a QR code and leave private feedback after their visit. That feedback is scored using the Guest Connection Score®, a measure of emotional intelligence across four pillars: Resilience, Empathy, Anticipation and Recognition. Operators get a real-time dashboard showing how their team and guest experience is performing, with tools to intercept negative experiences, recognise great staff and recover direct bookings.

Is IntuitiveStay a vacation rental marketplace or booking platform?

No. IntuitiveStay is not a marketplace and does not handle bookings. It is a feedback and intelligence platform that sits alongside the tools you already use. Guests arrive however they normally do. IntuitiveStay gives you a private channel to hear from them, understand your team's emotional intelligence and act on what they tell you before it appears as a public review.

What is the Guest Connection Score® (GCS™)?

The Guest Connection Score® is IntuitiveStay's measure of emotional intelligence in a hospitality setting. It is a composite score out of 10 based on four pillars: Resilience (how well issues are handled), Empathy (how understood guests feel), Anticipation (how well needs are predicted before guests ask) and Recognition (how seen and valued guests feel as individuals). It replaces blunt satisfaction ratings with something that actually reflects the quality of the human experience.

What types of businesses use IntuitiveStay?

IntuitiveStay is built for independent operators. That includes hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, restaurants, cafes, bars and venues on the hospitality side, and Airbnb or short-term rental hosts on the HomeHost side. It is designed for owner-operators who care about the experience they deliver but do not have the training departments, HR budgets or consultants that large chains take for granted.

How is IntuitiveStay different from NPS, star ratings and online reviews?

NPS tells you a number. Star ratings tell you an average. Public reviews tell you what someone felt confident enough to say publicly. None of them tell you what actually happened or why. IntuitiveStay collects private feedback in the moment, scores it across four emotional intelligence pillars and gives you something specific to act on. You find out about a bad experience before it becomes a review. You find out which team member made someone's stay, not just that someone had a good one.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no card required. Paid plans include a trial period depending on the plan: Host comes with a 30-day trial, Partner with a 14-day trial. The Founder plan has no trial. HomeHost and HomeHost Plus both include a 30-day trial.

Can I use this across multiple properties?

Yes. The Founder plan includes up to five properties. Host and Partner plans cover one property by default, with additional properties available at £25 per month each. HomeHost Plus covers up to three properties, with extra properties at £15 per month. If you are managing a portfolio, the platform includes a multi-property overview dashboard so you can see all your properties in one place.

If I measure emotional intelligence, what am I actually measuring?

You are measuring how your guests experienced the human side of their visit. Specifically, four things: how well your team handled anything that went wrong (Resilience), how understood and heard guests felt (Empathy), how well their needs were anticipated before they had to ask (Anticipation) and how recognised and valued they felt as individuals rather than just customers (Recognition). Together these give you a score that reflects something real about the quality of the interaction, not just whether the room was clean or the food arrived on time.

Does this work for all property types, or just hotels?

IntuitiveStay works across all independent hospitality businesses. On the hospitality side that includes hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, restaurants, cafes, bars and venues. If you have guests or customers and a team serving them, it fits. For short-term rental and Airbnb hosts there is a dedicated HomeHost plan with features specific to that setup, including a Superhost Tracker and listing health score. The one thing it is not built for is large corporate chains. It is designed for independent operators who run their business personally and care about the experience they deliver.
