Furthermost, the integrations with Salesforce make it worthwhile- making it easy to organize and archive the most important email threads. It also has a lot of cool integrations that help your day to day, such as: Google Calendar, Salesforce and many more.

Not many things are disliked in my experience, Cirrus helps me on my day to day, keeping everything in line for future business. It is worth to mention as the most stable, and most reliable sales tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
