What do you like best?

Talk about having everything that you need integrated to your email on the same app. Cirrus gives you the amazing email enterprise experience to track everything while staying organized and focused. Furthermost, the integrations with Salesforce make it worthwhile- making it easy to organize and archive the most important email threads. It also has a lot of cool integrations that help your day to day, such as: Google Calendar, Salesforce and many more.

What do you dislike?

Not many things are disliked in my experience, Cirrus helps me on my day to day, keeping everything in line for future business. It is worth to mention as the most stable, and most reliable sales tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try and implement it on your company, especially if they use Salesforce. It is lifesaving and timesaving. Make sure to give it a try because they are always improving and updating it. Get a more complete customer picture without excess data entry with Email and Calendar sync to Salesforce. Try and read what they send via email, they always share their new features and implementations for your won knowledge.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It automatically helps you document all of the valuable information you discuss in your email threads. Making it easy have order on the jobs you have to tackle daily. It also helps you track every task you have by listing them all on your same email. It is worth while to do some digging and find out about all the small features that they provide.

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the clean, easy way to troubleshoot any issues I have when inputting data for students. I also appreciate the history menu in order to save my progress and workflows.

What do you dislike?

There are a few personalized views I would like to create for my page. I am not sure how to do that correctly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I consistently work with graduate students in multiple programs for our university. I am constantly having to update and change students files, terms, programs, status, etc. I really appreciate that Cirrus Insight adapts to the quick change over I need in order to satisfy students and their counselors.

What do you like best?

Manages email tracking -- allows me to see opens, clicks, etc ... Syncs well with SalesForce Lightning.

What do you dislike?

Cookies can sometime disrupt the sync process with Gmail

What do you like best?

I think Cirrus Insights is an integral email tracking solution. It's got all the features and solutions that I need to keep track of all my email communication. It links across different apps and makes it easy for all of us in the company to document the communications that we have with our clients. I love the cancel email after the sent feature, sometimes I put in the incorrect sender and I realized until I sent the email but I still can cancel it. That's wonderful.

What do you dislike?

I would say that there are certain advanced features that I have not used because I don't what they are about. Maybe having a box explaining features or a redirection to a help center could help us understand all features and functions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There are plenty of problems Cirrus is resolving for us. Email tracking and documentation. Integrations with our CRM. Email cancellation after sent. Calendar availability and many more.

What do you like best?

My favorite feature about Cirrus Insight is that it integrates with my Gmail Suite and Salesforce account management system. Cirrus does all the work for me by adding templates automatically to my emails, syncing with my calendar and adding client correspondences to SF.

What do you dislike?

Cirrus Insight will randomly drop it's sync with Gmail and my email templates will disappear. This can be frustrating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The time that it takes for me to respond to my clients has shortened. With Cirrus Insight, account management and communication is efficient, automated and streamlined.

What do you like best?

My favorite feature and the one I use the most is the tracking of emails. Since my job relies on 90% of email exchange knowing when it was open and if the links were clicked are extremely useful for me. I also like that everything is recorded automatically to SalesForce which saves me a lot of time. Every time I have to review the communication history I can just go to the account and everything is organized there.

What do you dislike?

That is a good question, I dislike when Cirrus is not working or automatically logs me out and I have to log in again

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great product, extremely useful if you are tracking emails and want to organize your accounts on SalesForce. The support was great as well and very efficient.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have over 200 accounts and by Cirus and my management likes to see activities happening on those accounts. If Cirus was not recording everything automatically on the accounts I would have to do that manually which would literally duplicate my workflow.

What do you like best?

Streamlined admin assistance integrations.

To name a few, salesforce integration helps us to document customer interactions in an automated process.

Link detection enables us to see client email interactions and clicks on valuable links.

What do you dislike?

Desynchronization, sometimes the google server is not responsive causing cirrus to restart and to resolve this Gmail inbox needs to be refreshed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is really valuable especially to sales since the insight it provides will eventually lead you to close more deals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sales interaction documentation, client insights, and more meaningful touches with clients based on their interactions with our organization.

What do you like best?

The ability to log contacts quickly and view clicks and engagement on the email directly.

What do you dislike?

Occasional random failing on chrome and lack of logging at random times.
