What are the best aspects of this product?
I chose Eventzilla over other platforms we've tried before because of its ease of use and cost-effectiveness. It's easy to set up different levels of event membership and acquire the members list.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't find any drawback of using this solution. Honestly, I love everything about it. It's cost effective - offers free service and paid plan (I think the price is pretty reasonable). There are lots of available features, although we are not yet able to use them all. The social media, API, and reporting is pretty intriguing. The ability to set up automatic email to provide participants with the link of the online session is really helpful. I think this solution is incredible at its price range.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped me provide our event attendees a great, meaningful experience at our conferences. They don't have to worry about anything. With EZ, we dont need to meet up personally, which is pretty convenient for my market which consists of homebased moms and those who have full time office jobs. They don't need to spend additional time, effort, and money on transportation. All they have to worry about is how they can make the most out of the training.
