Sandy, a voiced AI avatar, asks respondents for ratings and examples of behaviour. The report connects quantitative scores with themes from open answers, giving context to differences between respondent groups. An employee profile covers eight competency groups, including communication, collaboration, accountability, decision-making and leadership. The results support a development conversation: reinforce useful habits, choose new actions and explore recurring difficulties. Recommendations can be used to build an individual development plan.
