Great solution for tracking employees' reviews

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We can easily track our employee’s completion, self-evaluations and managing reviews. As admins we are able to review and see each employee’s process so we can provide coaching if needed. Its autoreminders for completing appraisals saves huge amount of time and helps us to stay on the track. I love that all appraisals and scores are in one place instead on the paper.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have improved their navigation system, but I think it needs more improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had used spreadsheets for keeping track of the reviews. It can be painful and frustrating to keep track of more than 200 employees’ scores, we were losing track of who had completed the tasks. Now with Trakstar we are able to keep track of everything and to see who has completed the evaluations. I like that the scores are calculated automatically.

Trakstar is easy to use software

What are the best aspects of this product?

Trakstar is great product. It is simple, intuitive and easy to use. This is powerful software that allows lot of feedback, better planning and many other benefits. It has simple structure that allows us to make changes easily and to correct mistakes within the structure. I love the role of an admin, because it allows me to see what the users are looking at and what functions they are using. It saves lot of time in finding answers. When it comes to price I have to say that the product is affordable and one of the best in the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are very satisfied from this product, we don’t have any dislikes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trakstar helps us to be more organized when it comes to reviews, processing them and administrating them. We are able to use this like better tool for communicating and planning our future goals and feedback.

It's fun to work with Trakstar

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Trakstar is intuitive and easy to use software. It offers intuitive interface and it is visually appealing. It makes meetings and performance reviews 1:1. We have been searching for a product that would help us to make the reviews easy to perform and thankfully we have found this tool that makes the whole process fun.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience, the set-up of new job competency is time-consuming. This one takes some time and energy. But on the other side, this program makes the process more intuitive and understandable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What I like is the ability to keep track meetings by using “Notes” feature. I often need to search for important meeting, employee notes, reprimands, etc. I need all of these so I can put everything into a quality review. I’m able to send out kudos to each employee when they do the job. This tool is extremely helpful if you need to take a look at whole year’s performance.

Trakstar is great program for every kind of organization

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the automation and workflow. This tool make it easy to stay on the top of the reviews. I love the ability to leave notes during quarter. This feature can be used by both employees and managers. I am able to take a look at a review so I can have better view on what’s done over past months or days.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some confusions about some things, for e.g. I’m able to run some reports but other managers can’t, or I can see some things and other managers can’t.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using this software we were struggling with reviews. We had lot of problems at the end of each years to see what’s done and to whom we need to do bonuses or raises. Thanks to Trakstar we can be more organized about the whole process and to better organize raises.

Trakstar is great platform for managing our employees' self-evaluations

What are the best aspects of this product?

We had great initial process. We are placed in Australia and we had great communication with Trakstar team. I’m really satisfied from Matt because he was extremely patient during the set-up. I like the “GoToMeetings” it is great option for interaction and setting up. I love that I’m able to customize templates, goal setting and interactivity for all our employees including managers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of customizing templates and reviewing the usefulness can be boring sometimes, but big thanks to their customer team they make everything to meet our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a tool that would help us to improve business effectiveness of our staff. I like this tool because it requires honesty from our staff when self-evaluating their capabilities. They like the ability to send notes and to receive detailed reviews. We have managed to improve the interaction with staff and to create more professional behavior within the organization.

Extremely helpful tool

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Trakstar I can easily implement and customize our needs. I can work with our performance management strategy. This software takes care of lot of work for creating new performance programs and it provides great set of tools that are extremely helpful for our employees and managers. This tool is affordable and it provides great value to our organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have great experience with Trakstar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve employee participation, to give meaning to reviews, to create measurement of success tool. It provides us with a view of employees’ needs. We don’t know about participation rates right now but we are happy that we have found tool that helps us to transform the evaluation of the employees.

Helpful tool for tracking our employee reviews

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is customizable, we can easily create performance review so we can align with the job descriptions. Our employees and managers can add notes about their accomplishments and to add in to the employee review. We get reminders and status notifications to the managers and employees. I don’t have to track employees’ performances reviews manually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot think of any dislikes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want to increase the level of employee engagement performance within the review process. This tool helps us to track their accomplishments.

Great and helpful tool for our organization

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Trakstar for more than 6 years within our organization. Personally I’m using it 4 years. This is great tool for employee self-appraisals and supervisor appraisals on employees. Trakstar has been improved and they have implemented some changes that I really like. This product is easy to use, easy to set up and easy to monitor. The customer service is responsible and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They constantly improve the product, so I cannot really say that I have some dislikes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it for appraisals, to track goals, to update them and to perform appraisals based on the results we receive.

I highly recommend this program

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can easily setup templates and create new positions. The software is nice and user-friendly for both managers and employees. Everyone in our company is using this software and we have experienced great success. By keeping track of certain items we are able to achieve and maintain goals in more effective way. I love to work with its support team, we have great experience with them. They are always available via email, phone, skype or live presentations. They are knowledgeable and fantastic team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make the reporting features more robust especially for compiling a list of users and their reviews.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this software for Annualizing reviews of all our employees and management. It helps us to train, create goals and to manage our employees more effectively. I like the reporting features because it helps us to know which areas need improvements, to create discussion and to achieve better results.

Love the extra touches

I love the email reminders I can set up and also the notes sections. As HR, every conversation I have with an employee or manager, I comment- add this to your Trakstar!
