"Fantastic Software"

What do you like best?

It is an excellent time tracking and project managing software. I find my work more organized and my time tracking a lot easier. Our projects at the office have become much easier to track. There is now a place where I can actually see the status of a project and when it has been completed. The tickets help a lot as well when there is an out of scope job our clients need us to do. Also, the email Tracking is a lifesaver, I don't have to sort through a bunch of emails to find one specific thing. I can just go to the company and check the stream of emails for that specific client. Budgeting and billing have also been fantastic, I no longer have to go back on a bunch of paperwork and find what I need I can easily find what I need. The Integration with our accounting and payroll software has been a breeze. I would and have recommended this to my friends.

What do you dislike?

It does get a little hectic sometimes when certain projects don't clear, but we talked with an accelo associate and they fixed it for us.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would totally recommend this software for companies with 10-20 employees.

Accelo associates were super helpful and solved our problems. The accelo Associates are very kind and very helpful. They were quick to respond and their work ethic was absolutely fantastic. They fixed my problem.

"Moved the team collaboration and business performance to the next level"

What do you like best?

Team collaboration and clients follow up. Knowing what is exactly happening amid tons of tasks is of great help. All previous client interactions/communications/minutes of the meeting are recorded perfectly. I'm also happy to be able to understand the time spent on various tasks (billable vs non-billable hours)

What do you dislike?

I would not call it a pure disadvantage, but any new user should invest time to understand/use the various functionalities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have the time to invest to get a better grasp of the system and your work entails collaborations with detailed feedback/communication then the system would be of a big assistance. Accelo scores even more points in terms of offering visibility on billable/non-billable hours (e.g. for consultants) and one-stop-shop of handling a client from being only a "Potential" all the way to create and submit a "Project".

Tasks coordinations, effective team collaborations, clients followups and being up to date with what is going on.

"Great ticketing system"

What do you like best?

You have everything you need in one place. You can take care of customers tickets with ease. You can schedule, tract time and cost plus so much more. the customer service provided by the Accelo staff is excellent. I am very pleased that we decided to switch Accelo. I love that Accelo auto sends a email to the client when a ticket is received and completed.

What do you dislike?

We have only been using Accelo for a short time and so far I have not found anything I dislike.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Accelo we are able to keep the team on track and assure we are providing the best services to our clients. It is a breeze to keep on top of tickets and to assess which team members are doing tickets and how they are fixing issues. Then we can create a knowledge database from the ticketing information on best practices.

"Superb and simplistic "

What do you like best?

I thoroughly enjoy that you can track time, select who you want to review your work in a ticket, it is simple to use and very easy to understand, the top nav has been working well and i enjoy seeing how i am doing and that i can also view it and senior management.

What do you dislike?

no big dislikes, maybe creating a larger amount of viewable tickets, ( higher max tickets that are viewable )

Recommendations to others considering the product:

i would state all the bonuses of using Accelo, such as time management and the ability to easily view a task and all it's content, which is very easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

the benefit in realizing the amount of time worked on a project/ticket and how i can improve in areas, gives me a more direct spec on where improvements can be made,

"Easy to use and fantastic support"

What do you like best?

I love the way it suits our business model where we can easily switch between retainer and project based campaigns. I also love how it integrates with both Proposify and Xero, making the whole operations process much easier for the entire company.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see more scheduling capabilities included in the Plus version.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am now able to effectively track my teams time allocations and receive a clearer understanding of actual time and tasks completed for client work/company work.

"Powerful platform, despite its quirks"

What do you like best?

It’s a great, centralized hub for a lot of client and internal activities.

What do you dislike?

There are a lot of features that are unnecessarily complicated - as a project manager the different types of time they use for projects is maddening.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It keeps our team organized. We’re a small agency and Accelo allows us to keep track of everything from small requests to large scale projects. The built-in invoicing makes billing simple and the retainer set up works well for all of the different types of recurring retainer relationships we have.

"Supports working life so efficiently "

What do you like best?

I like been able to be able to see all my daily/weekly tasks and been able to plan for the week ahead. The option to be able to send tasks to others within the team makes this a must for large teams. I am able to go on annual leave and ensure that someone else within the team is able to support my tasks whilst away.

Whilst been able to keep a track of daily/weekly tasks, I am also able to support team members with their tasks if they become over loaded.

The guides and support offered via the Accelo website are excellent, always respond to my email messages and the guides are straight forward and easy to understand.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything that I dislike about Accelo. I have been a user for just over 12 months and still learning about it each day.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As stated in the things I like about Accelo, I think that the task option is great as anyone can pick anyones tasks up and be able to take them forward if needed.

We use projects and are able to track who is the next person that needs to complete a task and can pick up the tasks that others may not be able to complete.

"Super Simple Smart Platform"

What do you like best?

As an IT company, we utilize Accelo for all our quoting, ticketing, project management and lead captures. The ease of flow turning a lead into a quote then to a project is super simple and makes our business more efficient and quicker to market when quoting and competing of bids.

What do you dislike?

Currently doesnt let you drag and drop tickets into calendars. Does with projects and opportunities but not tickets

Try it, its awesome...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The integration with Office365 is seamless and being able to pick up emails and schedule work into calendars/tasks is very simple. I am really enjoying using the platform and cannot highly recommend it to anybody looking for a platform of this nature. If you are in the market for a new Service Management or ERP/CRM platform then make sure you add Accelo to your list as a product to review.

"Best end-to-end platform for a Marketing Agency"

What do you like best?

We have one platform for all our needs. This reducing in team on-boarding, allowing the team members to focus on what they were hired to do.

What do you dislike?

Wish the resource management tool was more robust.

The Agency was using too many platforms to manage the business. We were able to consolidate our Business development platform, Agency projects, timesheets and a portion of invoicing through Accelo.
