Onboarding Tools

Onboarding tools are tools that are designed to make the user onboarding process easier. They help new users learn how to use your product by streamlining, guiding, and introducing them to it. Determine which aspects of your onboarding experience need to be improved first before deciding what sorts of onboarding solutions you require.

Predefined Templates

Predefined templates are document samples that have been pre-formatted and contain the most important layout and design features. To build a final draft, they can be filled with graphical and textual material. A template is a predetermined unit that is used to create document layouts, websites, brochures, or newspaper pages.

Progress Tracking

Progress tracking is the method used to track the progress of tasks in the OKR software. By tracking your progress, you can compare actual to planned progress, and identify issues that may prevent the project from staying on schedule and within budget.

Reporting (Analytics)

The process of arranging data into informational summaries in order to track how various aspects of a company are performing is known as reporting. This includes measuring key metrics and displaying them — whether in an email, a slide deck, or an online dashboard.

Strategic Alignment

Strategic alignment ensures that each operational and support function's OKRs are in line with the corporate strategic OKRs. To ensure implementation, the strategic agenda must be cascaded throughout the business, and accountability and reporting must be established through a results forum.

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is the process of documenting and determining a business's trajectory by evaluating both where it is and where it wants to go. A strategic plan is a place where you can write out your mission, vision, and values, as well as your long-term objectives and action plans for achieving them. Because it advises you and your workers on how to respond to opportunities and difficulties, a well-written strategic plan can play a critical role in the growth and success of your business.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to have an easy and secure login experience for multiple applications using a single set of login credentials. It is an authentication process where users are given only a single set of login credentials to simplify the login process. This prevents the necessity for users to log in and out separately into the various applications.

Weight Assignment

Weight assignment allows people to assign a value to each key result and define its importance. The sums of weights should be equal to 1. The objective overall progress in OKRs is calculated by considering each key result's weighted average.
