Access Control

Access control is the method for limiting access to sensitive information. Through an access control gateway, only those whose identities have been validated can access company data. This selective restriction of data is done using authentication and authorization.

Alerts

Alerts are actionable and content-rich push notifications sent by the collaboration software. These notifications can be for anything from messages from teammates, reporting managers, or work updates.

HRIS Integration

HRIS integration is the process of connecting your human resource information system (HRIS) with other essential HR applications like the OKR system, payroll, attendance, tax filing, etc. It refers to a seamless connection of different systems via APIs in order to plug them into the same database. This allows data to easily flow from one system to the other in real-time.

Individual OKR

Individual OKR or personal OKR is a goal set by the company for a particular employee or by the individual employees for themselves. These individual OKRs are set based on the goals of the team employees belong to. Individual OKRs along with team OKRs and company OKRs form the typical structure of organizational OKRs.

KPI Management

KPI monitoring refers to the tools and procedures that organizations employ to monitor performance metrics. KPIs are calculated by taking specific data and transforming it into useful metrics that can be measured and published in clearly understandable charts and dashboards.
