What do you like best?

After using the 14-day trail I fell in love with Salesmsg. I love the fact that I never miss a call because of its built-in call forwarding feature. I get missed calls forwarded to my mobile or office line which is amazing by the way. Also it's so cool to setup an auto-reply message when a contact tries to reach me after working hours.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it does not support Mobile keywords and chat. Also, it can't be used for polls or voting neither. They need to work on that for a better service.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Salesmsg is worth it's price. You won't regret purchasing it.

I have realized better customer service.

What do you like best?

They are the best 2 way texting platform that integrates with hubspot.

What do you dislike?

There isn't really much too dislike since they helped with pricing with their annual fees.

My outreach is 74% more productive.

What do you like best?

We went with Salesmsg for our SMS needs due to the direct integration into HubSpot. We are able to automate our SMS messages to potential customers, and current customers alike.

What do you dislike?

We have run into limitations of integrating Salesmsg with ZenDesk, our customer service tool. Without this integration ability, we are needing to utilize sub optimal processes.

We are able to automate SMS messages in our HubSpot workflows for leads, applicants, and customers.

What do you like best?

I like the integration salesmsg has with HubSpot. Having a module availabe in the contact record where I can see all previous messages in a thread is very convenient.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I wish was more available is being notified when a response comes in within HubSpot. You can have desktop notification but I would prefer a HubSpot alert

Easy way to communicate with customers as a company in a place that all users can access and see the history of conversation.

What do you like best?

Easy integration with HubSpot that allows us to engage our candidates directly through a more comfortable medium.

What do you dislike?

It's a young product that has huge potential. I am looking forward to their reporting features which will allow us to track our engagement.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A very affordable product that solved a huge need for our team! Support has been prompt and thorough when we needed it. A great product!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were having trouble connecting with candidates through cold outreach but sending a message is an easier way to get in contact with them. Most messages that we receive are converted into a phone call at least.

What do you like best?

I like that Salesmsg allows you to create templates and to have tokens within those templates. It makes it so fast and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that you need a new phone number to use Salesmsg. It can be confusing to clients or whoever you are texting if you are calling and texting from different numbers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great way to have tokened, automated text messages.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the fact that people very rarely listen to and respond to voicemails. With a text, it is a quick way to get an answer or communicate something simple and important. We have seen a much higher response rate since starting to use texting.

What do you like best?

Being able to create an automated workflow increases productivity.

What do you dislike?

It is hard to keep track on a massive scale. When you have more than 300 contacts, it is difficult to maintain. It just needs to be incorporated with a CRM, but once that is done, everything is smoother, though still not ideal.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It would be great if you could incorporate every time SalesMSG was used to reflect on the contact of Hubspot as last contacted.

What do you like best?

I really like using this in combination with zapier - specifically sending out an intro text message to new leads. Gives you the ability to send a personal text message.

Also sending scheduled messages is an awesome way to remind leads of any upcoming appointments they may have.

What do you dislike?

I do not like how the mobile app does not allow for sending scheduled messages. I’ve also received feedback from clients who I’ve rolled out sales message for that the app doesn’t work. Although I suspect they may be using it incorrectly, it at the very least should be easier for clients to navigate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Originally it was used to instantly send a new lead a text message - to cut down on leads not converting into a sale. Big benefits that were realized is that you can follow up with potential clients with scheduled messages e.g. sending a message an hour or two before an appointment.
