Further, every registered employee is liable for receiving a virtual floor view of the office with a visual display of available desks and the ones unavailable for booking. This plan is completely modifiable and thus, desks or employee availability can be altered accordingly. Meeting room booking is another important feature that makes it easy for the clients to search and book the best room for hosting their officials. Live notifications and reminders about upcoming meetings and subsequent bookings help the owner stay on track about the proceedings.
