Lucky Orange offers you visual reports as heatmaps of how your customers are interacting with your website. It presents dynamic heatmaps that show the level and degree of interaction of visitors on your website and allows you to sort results with different parameters. You can view the heatmaps of visitors on the basis of location, the device used, browser and much more. These insights of website help you in understanding how your website contents are performing with respect to their position. The heatmap is furnished using bright colours, in which warmer colours like red and yellow are the areas of more interaction, while cooler tones like blue shows dormant segments of the website. Moreover, Lucky Orange has the feature to record the entire activity of every visitor so that you can decipher why the visitors are not converting into customers. It also comes with integrated chat functionality and equips a feature called ‘Polls’ for customer feedback and making sessions more interactive. Moreover, it also comes with the integration of A/B testing.

What do you like best?

I like the ability to track live visitors and the heatmap feature that allows you to see where your clicks are coming from both on mobile and desktop.

What do you dislike?

Setting parameters of recordings you want to see can be complicated when integrating with your website. They only allow 3 websites on the basic plan. I don't think adding users is available without upgrading your plan even for the same account.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want a platform that can help you track users and visitors on your website whether for customer journey or user design this is great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to track the customer journey, find out where on our website do visitors get stuck or why they end up leaving a page. It also helps us fix any issues with UX that we are not aware of. We can track how much traffic we get overtime and compile the behaviors of all those visitors to gather data about our product and its performance as well as the performance of the website.

What do you like best?

LuckyOrange has pretty good heat maps including clicks, scrolls and rollovers. It also lets you analyze behaviour on the page in a more visible way than Google analytics. Lastly, they record user behavior on the site - which is sometime priceless

What do you dislike?

They have several other features that are not clear of how they integrate with other platforms

the site went down once and they had a hard time finding the videos that were recorded

Lucky Orange is easy to use. The interface is simple, and the information you can glean is amazing. From the heat maps to the live status to the chat - all of it amazing.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I dislike is that we can not (as of yet:

- Add their tracking inside our system as it reveals to much info about the user.

- Block our internal IP addresses from within their portal.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
