What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best about this program is that it is free. Plus, it gives me the tools to engage with my customers by supporting loyalty programs and the like. I also like how it syncs with our printer so it's a lot easier to print out the receipts. Kudos to the customer support team as well. They've been very helpful and have always provided us with the necessary regular updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a bit difficult to manage our inventory through Loyverse. I've been having a hard time updating data regarding my restaurant's stocks. And, it's still practically bare-boned as the programmers struggle to introduce more useful functions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Despite the lack of support in some areas, Loyverse still is a helpful tool, especially in generating analysis reports regarding the sales aspect of our business. I've found another program that can help me with inventory checks, but Loyverse POS still ranks high on my list.
