Interpreters accept jobs, set availability, and navigate from their phones; clients request interpreters, view invoices, and pay online. VRI and OPI calling are built in, and a live AI Translator covers 25+ languages. The Premium tier adds an AI phone receptionist, AI intake from PDFs and emails, and AI customer support. Pricing is flat per month with unlimited interpreters and no marketplace taking a cut.
