What are the best aspects of this product?
We didn't stumble upon Acumatica by accident. We discovered it after weeks of careful research and of weighing the pros and the cons of different ERP options. What we like about it is that it has the ability to scale with us. It doesn't bombard us with complex systems at the onset. Instead, it introduces its various functions in a way that doesn't overwhelm our team. If we had any questions regarding its use, we can simply consult the Help files and we'll be sure to find our answers there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For the most part, Acumatica's features have been extremely intuitive--all except for Report Designer. Learning about it had not been as easy as learning all the other functions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our lives were a lot harder before Acumatica. Before it, our team had been in charge of consolidating all accounting books from our external partners as well as those from other departments. We had to do the job manually and it took a considerably long amount of time to complete this task. Now with Acumatica, we've been able to significantly decrease our workload, and have been able to avoid errors altogether.
