When creating a dashboard, it's hard to move blocks around. When adding a new chart, the chart appears at the bottom which is annoying sometimes when you have a long dashboard. It would be nice if the new block can be added around where I am at.

What I like best about Datorama is its ability to work with other parties APIs to integrate data into Datorama. It makes the process of uploading data and creating visual seamless.

Datorama is very user friendly and intuitive. We have a single source of truth and saves a lot of time creating manual dashboards and reporting. I am able to create custom metrics and dimensions suited for my needs. I also like the introduction of the generic bucket to help map files that don't necessarily have a unique identifier. Support response rate is also amazing - very fast.
No real dislikes, more technical difficulty at times. Would like to have a more systematic way of selecting a bunch of files to reprocess as opposed to scrolling.

Quick Data Ingestion and awesome visualizations. The ability to quickly ingest, combine, map, and visualize data and tell an impactful story.
Wish there was more options for visualizations. Also would be nice if there was more resources allocated to data processing. When there are hundreds of data streams being processes a day it can be drag to have to wait for the data to be processed.

Datorama's capability to integrate with Media Ocean and Prisma have been instrumental in tying together our digital and traditional media. It's also incredible how easy it is to connect all of the data sources through API, Push/Pull FTP, Email and many other methodologies. It's really quite an amazing platform!
The Media Cost Center (the connector that actualizes media dollars) can be a bit tricky to set up, but once it's done, it's done. Ensuring that naming convention and other data cleansing techniques are done carefully will ensure that Datorama does exactly what you need it to. Those are items that companies tend to forget about but are key to successful implementation in Datorama.
