Your office team uses the web app and your field crews use the mobile app.

SecureCrews is built for any trade that manages crews and job sites — roofing, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, concrete, fencing, and general contracting. If you send crews to job sites, write estimates, and invoice clients, SecureCrews is built for your workflow.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial. If you don't subscribe after 14 days, your account is simply paused — no charges, no data loss.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most contractors send their first estimate within 5 minutes of signing up. The dashboard is designed to be intuitive — no training required. If you're migrating from another platform like Jobber or Housecall Pro, our migration tool can import your clients, jobs, and invoices automatically.

Can I import my data from other platforms?

Yes. SecureCrews includes a free migration tool that imports your clients, jobs, estimates, and invoices from sites such as Jobber, House Pro, Job Nimbus, Acculynx, Service Fusion, and even plain spreadsheets. The whole process takes under 10 minutes.

Does SecureCrews charge transaction fees on payments?

No. SecureCrews charges a flat monthly subscription fee only. We take $0 from every payment your clients make — whether it's a $500 repair or a $50,000 build. Other platforms charge 1.5% to 3.5% on every transaction. On a $50,000 job, that's $750 to $1,750 you'd keep with SecureCrews.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra charge. Add your entire office staff, all your crews, and every subcontractor — the price stays the same. Other platforms charge $15 to $50 per user per month, which adds up fast for growing businesses.

What are Good/Better/Best proposals?

Instead of sending a single price, you can send three pricing tiers in one estimate — Good, Better, and Best. Each tier has different materials, scope, or warranty levels. Clients pick the option that fits their budget. This eliminates back-and-forth negotiation and often increases your average ticket size because clients choose the middle or premium option more often than you'd expect.

Do you have a mobile app for field crews?

Yes. SecureCrews has a dedicated mobile app for Android (iOS coming soon) designed specifically for field crews. Crews can clock in via GPS, log materials, upload job photos, view their daily schedule, and receive dispatch updates — all from their phone. The app works offline and syncs when connectivity returns.

What does the client portal include?

Every client gets a branded portal where they can view their estimates, sign documents digitally, see real-time job status and photos, approve milestones, and make payments online — all without calling your office. You can customize it with your company logo and colors.

How is my data protected?

SecureCrews is built on Zero Trust architecture — the same security standard used by banks and government agencies. Every account is completely isolated at the database level. Your client list, job history, and financials belong to you and you alone. All files are encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. There are no shared databases between accounts.

Can other contractors see my data, pricing, or client list?

No. Every account is completely isolated using row-level database security. There is no shared data between tenants. Your information is yours alone — it cannot be accessed, viewed, or queried by any other account, including our own team without explicit authorization.
