I Love Oracle to use for all Business Needs, it provides the solution for all Business users, the use of Oracle also understandable to each user, the way it is creating the invoices or reports or etc., will be solving the Business issues.
Software means always there should be likes and dislikes will be there, similar way Oracle use to have same things currently where our team unable to pull the few information which is required for Business needs, due to version is not supported.
Worth using of this product
All receivable activities will done in Oracle EBS, so any problem which we solved added to advantage of to Our Organization.
I would say one thing about Oracle, It is very helpful to solve in Business problems, when we issue Invoices, credit memos, debit memos to customer in time to provide CSAT. with this our Org will be in top companies from their view.
I dont see any dislikes in Oracle as we can see any system having Pros and Cons, we have to achieve with our knowledge and it is a test for us to prove our self.

we have solved few business problems where we provide our business one scv file to upload the Credit Memos against for Orders.
Pros: This product seems to be quote user friendly and I haven't have any issues navigating
Cons: The only thing that is bothersome is that it tends to time out frequently causing me to continuous have to re-log in.
Overall: Overall the program has sufficed for the uses I have.
Customization -oracle EBS financials is highly customizable to fit into your company specifications e.g in our company we receive detailed information from our projects for inclusion in the G/L
Exporting data into the excel is very perfect which assists alot when it comes to compiling reports .our team benefits from this vastly
Oracle EBS is also very helpful with sales order ,quotes and billing which overall assists in standardising acounting policies and rules
Intergration with other softwares is a nightmare like in our case intergrating with salesforce,when it synchronizing data,the data do not match which is really hectic
Restrictions-some features are very restricted e.g financial reporting studio and as a result you do not meet most of your clients need
FRS is also quite unreliable,it crashes at any moment, works slowly besides not updating changes on the system once made
Reporting workbench of oracle EBS is very poor too,its very similar to that of a HTML website which makes it boring using
I wont lie, this software is very expensive to instal and maintain for mid sized businesses, however when it comes to perfomance its the best accounting software you should consider .when you keep the negativities constant
Financial reports and payments processing are made with a shorter time and very quick.this results in time saving,efficiency and conveniency in our business
I like the way of use and compatibility of this Oracle and which provide the information which is needed by Business, integration part and API work everything as expected.
Dislikes which we are using very old version for few of the solution which may not work, example for line level invoice amount we may not pull the correct values.

Oracle is a tool used in my company for a long time, and my experience has been great.
Oracle has a simple, friendly, and easy-to-use interface, with integrated tools, in order to the user execute payments, management, notes and aging (basically) customization of folders, and the creation of paths are also great features of the software.
The support team is also something good about it. It is very present and ready for quick solving actions, if necessary.
The software is a little rotten, regarding updates.
Most of the processes already designed for each company, has to be made in the form of the Oracle. That takes a significantly amount of time, and even money to develop, causing inefficiency.
Aside that, nothing else to complain about it.
If your company needs an accounting and financial software with simple interface and multiple process made at the same time, you should definitely check a trial for it. Nothing is perfect and oracle is far away from perfection as I said in what I dislike about it, but it can be a reliable software for your accounting team.

The financial suite supports the capability to help represent various business models in its configuration structure. A very useful querying tool and is user-friendly inorder to create recurring ad-hoc reports etc.

Cons: Like all software, it takes a little time to get used to the features. But once you do, this becomes a very important business tool.
We use this software throughout our organization in the many departments. It's easy to use, and allows us to export data into Excel which has been very useful for our team to compile reports. The system also has may different capabilities that has allowed our Accounting and Finance department to better compile and store our data.
There are some report functions that our version lacks. Having more types of reports will allow us to share this information to our Managers. However, the export Excel function has been our work around .
