Mately runs the whole shift team for UK pubs, cafés, shops and care teams, from the rota to payroll, in one app on every phone. Tell Mately is an AI helper that drafts the rota for you to check. Type what's different this week, review the drafts, and nothing reaches staff until you publish. It never books anyone who'd break working-time rules. As you build, Mately flags working-time problems on the rota and asks you to confirm before publishing a shift that breaks the rules. Staff clock in from their own phones, with an optional Wi-Fi or distance check. Hours land on timesheets ready to approve and export to Sage, Xero, BrightPay, QuickBooks, CSV or Excel. Time off with live balances, shift swaps you approve, team chat and documents with signing are all included.
