What do you like best?

The platform is well laid out and easy to navigate, once you understand the thought behind it. It has good content which is easily accessible.

What do you dislike?

It took me a little while to learn how to navigate initially but perhaps I missed an introduction video or similar

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You will notice that it helps everyone within the company, not just a few individuals!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Induction, especially now when we work from home. I could watch videos instead of attending physically to the training.

What do you like best?

• I did my induction using the platform – very cool. Now I train others using the same tools – really easy to use

• Helps us to stay aligned to other offices in our region

• We’ve just started using the survey tools and I can see lots more applications

What do you dislike?

None I’ve found so far, but if I do think of anything I know that the Learn Amp team will take me seriously

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

• Learning and development: to ensure all of our employees receive the necessary training to perform well in their roles

• Induction: allows us to be consistent with how we are training new starters, to give those running inductions some time throughout the induction period and to track performance easily while people learn at their own pace

• Knowledge management: a really important tool to ensure our employees across the globe have access to the same information

• Culture and communications: particularly useful during lockdown when we needed more diverse ways of communicating

• Performance management: the recent introductions of online 121s has been a huge shift for us, allowing us to store information in a way that is transparent and easily accessible to all parties

What do you like best?

I like in Learn Amp is my company's main tool for trainings but we can search for many other content to improve ourselves and careers. Also we use management tools to track our individual/team scores and career development.

What do you dislike?

I think it's a quite complete tool. With different uses.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My recommendation is to explore the platform because it was a gladly surprise find so much material about different areas that I could use to learn that is not related to my company's page.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Learn Amp to check my individual scores monthly and also to track my career development every quarter and it's a simple way to check it and keep it tracked. Also its friendly layout helps to keep it nicer and easier to find information.

What do you like best?

It's very easy to use, the team helped to develop some of the system to suit our additional requirements.

Links very easy to our HR system to keep employee records up to date.

Being able to log in as any user allows us to help see what employees are seeing to assist with any questions they have. The online service desk for admins allows us to quickly and easily raise any issues.

The project management for implementation used a small team who were always available and very approachable.

What do you dislike?

At first the lack of CPD functionality but they committed to build this ahead of our launch and all worked as expected so nothing left to dislike.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the trial site to look at all of the functionality and fully understand what is possible.

More focused learning rather than just logging in to do mandatory modules. Our previous system provided learning in the same style which meant that employee engagement was quickly lost, this has allowed us to produce these in different styles.

Very easy to roll out quizzes, surveys or learning modules that allow us to vary the delivery.

What do you like best?

Easy to use and intuitive tool for both employees and admins. Smooth implementation due to the can-do attitude of the Learn Amp team. They really listen to your needs and do what they can to accommodate. Their ongoing customer service is superb.

What do you dislike?

Not much - a major part of why we chose Learn Amp was the way that they worked with us to find workarounds on any issues and when they added your feedback into their roadmap in a way that others say they do, but never actually deliver. They are on a learning journey too and the collaboration is refreshing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Better than some of the more established players in the market for sure

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Huge areas of benefit for us were structuring our Compliance training - both at Induction and onboarding and ongoing updates/refreshers.

Team cross-skilling had a measurable home as did the generation of in house and company specific content.

What do you like best?

The easiest platform deployment we've done to date. Admins and users required minimal support to get up and running on the platform as it's straight forward to use and keeps people engaged.

What do you dislike?

There are a couple of integrations missing for us but the team are reviewing these and are likely to add them to their roadmap in the next quarter for us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to create cohesive learning pathways easily with multiple assets to appeal to all audiences whilst also giving users the ability to engage with each other while learning.

What do you like best?

My team have found it incredibly easy to set up and leaners haven’t needed any training. Great service and support too!

What do you dislike?

Not sure really. Not heard anything really negative. Whenever there’s been something not quite working as well as it might they seem to jump on it swiftly

Combination of onboarding, compliance and risk management and other employee training

We weren’t able to deliver training consistently nor track who had done what. Now we get all that and we can test what’s learned and coach improvement

It feels far more like a partnership than a customer/vendor relationship – we’ve been able to really shape the product (never had that with other vendors

Not much really although I think their performance tools could be improved further - I have no doubt this will happen imminently

We weren’t able to deliver training consistently to all of our people across all of our locations before Learn Amp. Now we do!

What do you like best?

I gave this to one of my new starters with virtually no background and I came back a few hours later to find them totally engaged with Learn Amp. Goes to show how well it’s been designed that people can just pick it up so fast.

We've also managed to do a lot more training for people on their own, so it required a lot less contact time to onboard new starters

What do you dislike?

Whenever they don't have a certain feature they seem to catch up and develop the platform quickly so anything we've wanted has been added super quickly

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Induction and onboarding - made it seemless and easy to do, and also really helped while trying to onboard people remotely during the Pandemic. I've seen a huge benefit across our team on getting new starters up to speed much more quickly

What do you like best?

It’s really easy to add and curate content, develop our learning journeys and to track and rate what’s been used by team members.

What do you dislike?

No obvious downsides I’ve seen, very friendly and helpful support team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The key benefit that we have gained is being able to share learning on in-market intelligence around the team, across the world. Our product changes and develops all the time and this is vital to us.

We have also hugely benefited in terms of onboarding and culture by having specific learn lists with content from us and from around the web laid out in a simple, effective and easy to use way.
