Pros: We adore Clarizen for its vast features, easiness in customization and workflow capabilities. This software automates a lot of routine actions and transforms them into simple ones. Also, their dashboards are very helpful. In addition, you can accommodate everything in relation to the needs of each worker of the team. It also presents a very useful phone app for remote work. Clarizen is a leading software that unites project management, workflow automation and context collaboration at one customizable platform. With various functions and intuitive interface, you can do your best and perform your work properly.
Cons: Despite all obvious pluses, some of the Clarizen's configuration processes are not as good as we have expected. Sometimes it is a little buggy and quite overwhelming, so it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. In addition, it lacks a structured system documentation. The search engine is not very friendly, so it takes time some time to find exactly what you want to find. Nevertheless, Clarizen's team is working on these improvements, and often release updates.

Pros: Clarizen enabled our team to effectively manage the numerous projects we had while surfacing the insights we needed to make business decisions.
Cons: Like any software that is aimed at solving complex business problems, Clarizen had so many features that it became overwhelming to our team during implementation. When a business has to undergo major changes to their operations, it needs the transition to be as easy as possible. This is more of a critique for most large software solutions as opposed to just Clarizen.
Overall: We needed to evaluate how we could best deliver a quick first time to value for our customers on our implementation team.
