ChartHop is an organizational tool that centralizes all the data and the processes of a company. The organizations can seamlessly integrate all the people data automatically. All types of HR analysis, such as department-wise headcount, turnover according to performance rating, and even gender-wise average compensation can be easily performed and visualized using unique charts and reports. The managers of various departments including People, Finance, and Recruiting can access all the information from one source, eliminating the need for multiple spreadsheets. This makes it easy to make thoughtful and data-based decisions regarding hiring, compensations, and promotions. ChartHop platform gives high priority to the security of the data and has obtained a third-party SOC 2 verification for the same. In addition, the software automatically revokes access of employees that are off-boarding.
