What do you like best about ChartHop?I like to see the latest update on the main screen, work anniversaries, birthdays and job openings.What do you dislike about ChartHop?I struggle to see organization view in a nice way. It is also hard to see the full list of changes for a set number of days like on an organization level. When did someone quit. I can only see the few users on the left hand side view. I might lack some rights to see the full viewWhat problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?As the name suggests, it is used at looking at the organization and the members in a team. I can easily see and approach the respective team/team member.

What do you like best about ChartHop?We love our CSM and the support team. They are always responsive, willing to jump in, and helpful when we have questions. We also recently added the Engagement module, which allows us to keep more of our people data and insights in one place.What do you dislike about ChartHop?I wish Charthop offered a direct integration with UKG Ready. We explored the Finch integration, but it still required some manual work on our end, so we ultimately chose another third party to manage the data sync. We also appreciate having the Engagement module, but the dashboards and filtering capabilities could be more flexible and user-friendly. We currently have to export the data to create more user-friendly dashboards in Claude.What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?Charthop helps us centralize our people data and gives leaders better visibility through org charts, charthop ai, and analytics. We use the Compensation module to manage merit, promotion, and other compensation cycles in a much more structured and user-friendly way than our previous spreadsheet process. We also recently added the Engagement module, which allows us to view survey results alongside our workforce data and better understand trends across the organization.

What do you like best about ChartHop?I like how supportive they have been with implementing new solutions and customizing the platform to us.What do you dislike about ChartHop?There are some issues with being able to export information from the platform. I understand they would like people to use the platform, but certain information (task status, etc.) is difficult to send widely. Also, the two tiered pricing system of the platform and AI pro, is a drawback. A lot of what they consider "AI", I think existed before their implementation of ChartHop AI and should be considered a core feature.What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?They are solving the ability to give more insight to stakeholders throughout the firm. They are also allowing us to pull more detailed evaluation metrics then past platforms.

What do you like best about ChartHop?Great user experience overall. From a user standpoint, it’s easy to navigate, and I really love the org chart.What do you dislike about ChartHop?The back-end administrative setup can feel complex at times. Building custom reports can also be tricky, especially when you’re trying to report on form responses.What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?Slack automations help us drive participation in employee stay interviews and keep manager tasks on track.

What do you like best about ChartHop?I really like the layout of ChartHop. It's very easy to navigate and easy to digest. The labeling is very clear, and the dashboards are very well organized. I never have to guess about where I need to navigate to find certain information. It's helpful for me not to have to guess on where to find things because everything is clearly labeled and organized, making it a really great user experience. Additionally, it helps me keep track of my profile in my company, important milestones like birthdays and promotions for colleagues, and offers an easy way to understand the organizational structure, especially after a merger.What do you dislike about ChartHop?N/AWhat problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?I use ChartHop to keep track of my profile, colleagues, and important milestones. What do you like best about ChartHop?I love how easy ChartHop is to use. It's very user-friendly, and the dashboard is great. The functionality is fast and reliable, with no main complaints. I also appreciate the org chart and profile features, which provide valuable insights into who's in my organization and who manages specific products and features. It's easy to use and fast, with a great dashboard that enhances my access to organizational insights.

What do you like best about ChartHop?Great support overall. I also appreciate the implementation of new features and the flexibility of the system, which makes it easier to adapt to what I need.What do you dislike about ChartHop?It doesn’t include a payroll module; otherwise, we could already be using CH as our main HRIS.What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?We use CH for our org chart and for managing salary and bonus cycles. We also use forms to set up 1:1s and to run performance reviews.

What do you like best about ChartHop?I find ChartHop really easy to use for everyone, as anybody can log in and navigate through its intuitive platform. I appreciate how it employs a drag-and-drop methodology that makes building things like data sheets and dashboards much easier to play around with. Plus, using ChartHop AI simplifies the process even further.What do you dislike about ChartHop?Customization in dashboards could be better. Some of the visuals can be very limiting because you can't use as many customizations as you could in an actual BI platform like Tableau or Power BI.What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?ChartHop allows me to quickly and easily pull in different types of data together to view employee information individually or in groups.

What do you like best about ChartHop?I love the org chart feature in ChartHop because it shows where team members sit within the organization in an easy-to-digest way. I also enjoy the profile section where I can learn a bit about my colleagues. It's easy to navigate and to learn about the organization. The setup and maintenance of ChartHop have been pretty easy.What do you dislike about ChartHop?Honestly I don't really use a lot of the tabs other than profile and org chart so I think showcasing all the other things it has to offer would be beneficial for the end user. For example, the dashboard feature sounds intriguing but I am not really sure how to use it.What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?I use ChartHop to track employee changes and utilize the org chart for easy navigation. It solves the issue of people not knowing where to go for answers.
