It is very self-explanatory to navigate and the layout is aesthetically pleasing.

Bloomfire allows me to access all of my work material. It s beneficial in that my employers are able to regularly update me and provide notifications and highlights.

What do you like best?

The Bloomfire team moves rapidly to keep pace and even lead the industry, with frequent updates and improvements to the tool introduced at a regular cadence. The client team is very willing to understand your requests and build on your ideas to help all the clients on the platform. It is easy to use, easy to implement and cost effective for a comprehensive knowledge management solution.

To explore the technology updates in Mulesoft. Boomfire is the Best in industry. Bloomfire provides different use cases . exploring those usecases is extremely useful when in business analysis

What do you like best?

The user interface is easy, intuitive and really attractive as well. We use Bloomfire for all of our coordination between leaders (over 100 people).

What do you dislike?

We have not found a downside and have been using Bloomfire for over two years.

Bloomfire is an easy choice. You won't regret it!

Again, Bloomfire is the best platform for our team (over 100) to share ideas, documents, images, videos, questions, etc in a manner that the information is categorized and easy to find and manage.

What do you like best?

I am using this tool constantly to aid in my new position which has a lot for me to learn. Instead of having to reach out to coworkers, trainers, or managers, I am able to be resourceful, low maintenance, and look up my questions myself with this great information tool.

What do you dislike?

No complaints. The more information posted, the better it will get.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am using this app to look up valuable quoting, and carrier information, company information as well as day in day out housekeeping items for my new position.

What do you like best?

Bloomfire is the hub of all important information for our organization. While being on-boarded remotely, it has enabled me to get up to speed quickly. It not only encourages me to read what is relevant to onboarding, but also interesting information about the company in general. Its very easy to engage with other people's posts and makes it feel like you're tied to the greater organization.

What do you dislike?

I think the place on the page where the articles are stored should be larger. It feels busy with having to scroll that separately. Recommended articles should not take up 1/2 the page.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No problems so far! Everyone seems to be able to use it with ease. I think the biggest benefit Bloomfire brings is the time saving aspect. Everyone knows to go there first when they have a question, and if they're still not able to find the answer, thats when they reach out for additional support. This creates a culture of respect for other peoples time within the organization.

Bloomfire is great for obtaining all the knowledge your company needs to know. It is such a huge help to keep everyone informed and up to date on all product information.

What do you like best?

What i like the best is everything i need is there, all the research all the information. Very easy to reach with the word search. Gives me all the information i need at the stroke of my fingers. Makes it very effective when i have customers on the phone and need to further explain something I'm not sure of. Its simple and and very easy to navigate. Would defiantly use in the future. I rely on it to give my information.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes yet still fairly new to the system. It did log me out once or twice but for the most part its saved my credentials and i have easy access to it since i was able to bookmark it to my tabs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great for sharing team information and updating when needed. Being able to search key words and having a ton of information is such a great tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Not having to go into my internet browser, having everything i need at the tip of my finger tip. Makes my job so much easier. Being time efficient when i have customers on the line I can just search key words and all the information i need is instantly there and i can just read off the screen with out having to make things up and my delivery is great i don't need to worry about incorrect information. The benefits are endless right now. It has defiantly made my job easier to do and has me moving forward.
