What is Atiim and how does it work? Atiim offers software to simplify OKR execution at scale and keep things transparent and maintain alignment between the collaborators. OKRs or Objectives and Key Results fall at the center of a powerful methodology that drives performance, alignment and results in growth. The product offers tools for CFR (Conversations, Feedback and Recognition) and engagements. Performance-related check ins for teams and individual contributors helps with timely updates and accountability. Bi-directional feedback seeks to address barriers in performance and recognizing the worthy teams. Additionally, there are various integration Atiim offers, including Slack, Google SSO, and Okta for SSO/identity management and Salesforce and Jira for metrics. They offer easy-to-use, customizable reports to provide data-driven insights. A live demo is available on their website along with a variety of reading material, templates, examples and webinars.
