What do you like best?
I have quite a few international customers, and often you lose a whole day (sometimes two in between them agreeing to the meeting and actually getting any progress in setting it up.
Day 1: Agree to meeting
Day 2: I propose meeting time
Day 3: They agree to meeting time
Day 4: I send invite
This can be very frustrating and it's nice not to have to worry about it anymore.
What do you dislike?
The interface of the actual tool can be confusing at times, but I'm rarely inside of it, so it doesn't bother me that much. I don't believe they have group scheduling, but maybe I missed it.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It's possible there are better options out there, but I really like Appointlet.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Speed. More meetings means more opportunities. Multiple days to schedule a meeting gives a customer more time to be frustrated with an issue and starts to wear at your relationship.
