What do you like best?
How simple it is for the employees to use, and that travel expenses can be made on the go.
On the controlling part it gives at great overview of all expenses, due to daily updates, and due to the status that is always shown for each expense.
What do you dislike?
When introducing Acubiz to the employees we could have used som materiel to hand out to the employees, on how to first use the app - not all employees are familiar with web-based manuals.
However we made our own very easily due to the simplicity of the app.

We have a much better overview of all travel expenses, also instantly.
Approval of expenses has also become more correct, because the quality of the documentation has improved. Because everything now is digital, we can make much more detailed reports, an our overview of expenses have become much more precise and reliable
