What are the best aspects of this product?
The UI is perfect and simple to explore. It is very simple to discover essential data wit just two ticks. The support staff is caring and responsive, however, they are not generally accustomed to the necessities of the retail group. They know the product well, yet they don't appear to understand why our organization has these requirements most of the time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For basic stock administration and reporting, this product is satisfactory. More intricate operations either don't exist, or require customization that should be paid for. The capacity to control and make reports to suit your own particular needs does not exist at present. In spite of the fact that the staff is very friendly, they don't appear to be extremely tuned in to the requirements of retailers. I have frequently requested expanded functionality just to get a reaction of, "We don't have that feature presently. We will take note of your request."
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Following and management of sellable products. Gives good overview of different stock qualities (i.e., On Hand, Committed, and Available). It has been helpful to have a simple interface to prepare new workers. Training regularly takes 3 hours or less to get a fully trained employee.
