PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app proves to be worthwhile especially when demands are high. It makes our workflow smooth-running. All users are able to enter jobs simultaneously. Calendars are also visible to everyone involved in the process. This helps in preventing miscommunication among us users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maps can be improved in order to enable calculations of route distances and the integration of Excel spreadsheets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MHelpDesk made streamlining our process possible, thereby saving us a lot of time. We schedule employees, manage jobs, and plan routes — all with ease — using this app.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Information can be made more accessible to the right people with mHelpDesk. Communication within our team has improved since we started using this app. The errors we encounter in manual data entry also lessened.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t encountered any issue while using this software so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MHelpDesk is a big help to us when it comes to managing our invoices and scheduling our billing. The billing process is fast and convenient with this app. We also get to keep a record of our billing history here. Overall, it helps us keep our finances in check.

MHelpDesk is a useful platform for job management

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Job and time management is made easier with MHelpDesk. It allows for better tracking of jobs and more organized scheduling with its calendar feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The maps feature would be better suited for our job if we can measure route distances with it and upload excel spreadsheets. It would be nice if they can also make it more interactive in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MHelpDesk has become part of everyday work. We use it to schedule technicians, enter orders, and download jobs. Using this has been very advantageous for us so far as jobs are visible on both calendar and map. It has made our work more efficient.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app has been useful for keeping the work hours of our employees in sync. Its maps and calendars features make setting appointments easier for us. MHelpDesk enables us to collaborate with each other better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would like mHelpDesk better if the integration of Excel spreadsheets will be made possible. Additional capabilities may also be added to its maps feature in order to allow for measuring distance between workplaces.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MHelpDesk has helped us become more efficient in every step of our work process — from managing orders to planning routes, to scheduling jobs.

You may not need it, but your stressed mind does.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I adore the easiness of entering data into this system, the same as the simplified navigation. Prior to discovering MHelpDesk, my techs would send their tickets to the managers, who spent hours entering each separately, and sent them to the accountants who had to transfer the data to QuickBooks. Painful, doesn't it sound so? The hassle is not far in the past, and time is no longer an issue. It is easy to do your job when you know where every of your files is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, my experience has been nothing but wonderful. There is no problem I could think of.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've streamlined data entry to the extent of focusing on more important tasks, and that was what we originally wanted. We are absolutely satisfied!

I feel so relieved!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Starting up a personal business brought more responsibilities than I expected-all of a sudden, I had to deal with tones of invoices, bills, job tickets, and scheduling, and I felt completely lost doing all of those by hand. MhelpDesk relieved me from stress and made my life so much easier! I'm no longer fighting against mountains of documents, and I'm never late finding the exact file I need at that moment. I am so, so thankful!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Without exaggerating, this program is awesome! There isn’t such thing I would criticize about it!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I said, dealing with lots of bills, invoices, schedules, and job tickets. I have everything at the reach of my fingertips, organized in a way which assures me I will never lose track of my work.

"An amazing service software related with food with great features."

What do you like best?

It is a great platform that helps you in diminishing the data entry that is done twice to avoid any fault work or any wastage. Helps the information to be made visible to owners.and technicians to avoid miscommunication.
