What do you like best?
A unique place where we can find all information for our daily activities, We have our corporate communications feed to follow our company news, and we have our own news feed to stay in touch with our colleagues for dedicated projects, activities, ...
We can easily collaborate with our colleagues, share information, documents, pictures, ... in a very easy and intuitive way. We can reduce the number of emails by posting info directly in channels, restricted or public according to our needs.
Happeo team is sharing on a regular basis the new features in their roadmap (Short / mid and long term) so it give us a good overview of next improvements. Happeo support is also very efficient .
What do you dislike?
Nothing really significant is coming up. It's a very useful platform, and very easy to handle. Some features are maybe too simple for webmasters who would like more functionalities to design pages, but the goal is to have a tool that works for the vast majority of employees. And this is the case of Happeo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare to competitors we reviewed, this platform is the best to collaborate inside communities. Easy to use and not IT oriented at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have now one unique platform, instead of multiple platforms in the past, to collaborate. Communities, News, static information, are now combine in one place. Easy to use so without strong support required for end users. And it's fully integrated with our GSuite environment so it creates better integration of all information (Calendar, drive, mail)
