Clara AI Deep Dive with Clara AI

Coretool is an online invoicing tool for businesses, freelancers, self-employed people and online sellers in Germany. Invoices are created in the browser as compliant e-invoices in ZUGFeRD or XRechnung format (EN 16931); every file is checked with the official KoSIT validator before it is sent. It also offers a GiroCode QR code for fast bank transfers, quotes with digital signature, payment reminders, customer management and a free e-invoice validator. With the REST API and ready-made integrations for Zapier, Make and n8n, e-invoices can be generated automatically from shops, CRMs or accounting tools. No installation, servers in Germany, GDPR compliant. Getting started is free (3 invoices per month, no credit card); the Solo plan costs €9 per month incl. VAT and can be cancelled monthly. Interface in German.
