What are the best aspects of this product?
Customer service is one of the best that I have encountered. They respond quickly and are very helpful whenever we need them. I have an admin account for eTouches and I receive questions from colleagues from time to time. I have no answers for all of them but thankfully, the customer support team does. They are also very quick in approaching me about authorization requests. I truly appreciate this.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The admin interface on the browser is not that intuitive for me. I find the learning curve kind of steep if you plan to use eTouches to its full potential. The tool is a bit unwieldy at times if you are not looking to use it to its fullest. Also, it's a bit expensive if you just want to use it for simple event management. Learning how to use it has its benefits but I find it pretty hard sometimes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
eTouches helps us plan and stage events. We collaborate on it and is an all-in-one software for the whole team. The whole company uses this signel tool for events providing oversight for ever facet. With it, we coordinate with our events team and others bettter. Of course, like many things, it can still be improved but overall we are highly satisfied with what it provides us now.
