Arrangr is a meeting management tool that helps its users set up conference calls, video chats, and find meeting spots. Its features include Intelligent Spot Finder that considers reviews, ratings, pictures, and distances while suggesting a meeting spot. It also has half-way point suggestions and takes into account the user's meeting history. The software also has flexible invitations, which lets the users send multiple dates and times or a block of time to their clients for them to choose from. Users can also include their preferred virtual video or conference call platform. The tool even features turnkey conferencing with auto-generated conference numbers and pins, and auto-generated video call links integrated into the invite. Users can also let others book their time simply by sharing an Arrangr link which takes others to the user's customized booking page and lets them book the user's time depending on the current schedule. Multiple pages tailored to different activities can be created, and the tool also integrates with Google, Office, and iCloud calendars.
