What do you like best?

Regular feedback from Amber, recommendations to have one on one meeting, reminders on anniversaries or celebrations etc helps the HR team.

What do you dislike?

Manual uploading of master changes, expect to have an automation with HRMS

Help to schedule one on one discussion on a need basis, helps to celebrate anniversaries/ birthday etc without missing, any employee grievance could be handled etc

What do you like best?

The best part of Amber is she always asks me the reason behind the concerns I have raised, which helps me explain everything in a better way.

What do you dislike?

Everything about Amber is awesome, however it would be great if she could be available all the time as in whenever I want to raise a concern I could just chat with her.

Amber helps me put across all my problems and coveys them to my leadership team which I feel is great.

What do you like best?

Amber, the Indian Sophia, has tremendously helped us improve employee engagement with personalized interactions with employees, by feeling their pulse and then guiding the organization with predictive behaviors.

Amber has enhanced our brand value and she has been one of the key contributing factors in enabling us to be certified as a "Great Place To Work".

What do you dislike?

Nothing as of now. Hoping to have the Mobile app soon

We have been able to address attrition and enhance retention.

We have been able to give a platform to employees to share confidential information, personal issues and accordingly counsel and mentor them.

We have been able to address team mood score based on demographic information that we get from Amber.

What do you like best?

Amber is very regular in connecting virtually with employees. The feedback that we receive from employees are very helpful in addressing their concerns, from time to time.

What do you dislike?

There is no much downside. However, if analytics can be re-looked and make it more graphical

Amber is good tool, and ensures regular connect with employees. There are daily reports and fortnightly reports to remind attention on the employees feedback.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our ability to connect with employees have increased. Being anonymous is also helping for employees to be candid with their feedback. Based on the feedback, we could make changes in our people related policies.

We have been using Amber at AB InBev India for about a year now and very happy to share that it has helped us improve our overall employee engagement and experience.

Its predictive analytics are best in class.

What do you like best?

We brought in AI in HR through Amber to use technology in a meaningful way to interact with humans.

With this AI tool, We now have conversations with employees that are ‘Real Time’, Personalized & based on employees time clock. Amber helped us leverage the ‘Power of Many’ by maximizing the reach & frequency.

It was important for us to deliver a seamless experience to our employees for every moment that mattered to them in the employee lifecycle and remain human at heart.

What do you dislike?

There should be an option for employees to log in and express real time concerns at any given time, and not via anonymous messages.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With 600:1 HRBP ratio, real time connect with 1800+ employees was difficult for us. Now with Amber, so far, this focused attention has helped us resolve 96.5% of possible employee turnover cases and helped in better retention of the Top Talent.

Amber has helped the HR Business partners to have better qualitative human interactions. It has helped us elevate the employee experience and build deeper relations in the organization.

What do you like best?

Amber is a smart AI Engagement Chat Bot who predicts attrition for us , her timely reach outs are personalized and it is on a specific milestone in an employee's tenure that makes the conversation even more interesting.

The reports and insights are outstanding.

What do you dislike?

Customization is a complete No.

Its not recommended for one time survey, you will have to wait for few months to cover the entire organization to get relevant data.

One of the best tools available in the Industry to manage Employee Engagement worth the experimentation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to predict employee attrition so that we can take enough measures to retain them and Amber helps us on this.

We also wanted to have a platform to manage employee engagement at our office and Amber solves it for us.

What do you like best?

Employee experience of safe expression leading to timely action from the leadership. It works as a direct channel of communication for the MD with the employees. In the early days of joining the channel is a great dip stick to sense the employee morale and/or concerns and address them early on.

What do you dislike?

Only milestone based touch points....There should be an option for employees to log in and express real time concerns, besides the anonymous messages

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great tool for understanding the perspectives of employees at various milestones of their tenure with the company. Complemented with a robust response system of personalized mail from the MD where there are concerns raised, the tool works as a trust factor.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Real time grievance/issue/concern redressal has led to employees believing in a fair and responsive management. We have been able to address certain issues of our HiPo employees on time preventing attrition.

The employees trust the medium and sees it as a safe space to communicate with the MD.
