How long does it take to create a survey?

Most users can build a basic 10-question survey in under 5 minutes using our templates. Complex surveys with logic branching typically take 15-30 minutes. The drag-and-drop interface and pre-built question library significantly speed up the creation process.

Can respondents save and return to incomplete surveys?

Respondents receive a unique resume link via email, allowing them to pause and continue later. In-progress answers auto-save every 15 seconds and partial responses are stored for 30 days.

How does skip logic/question piping work?

Our visual logic builder lets you create "if-then" rules (e.g., "If answer is 'No', skip to Q5"). Piping dynamically inserts previous answers into later questions (e.g., "You mentioned [piped answer]..."). Test logic paths before publishing.

Can I randomize question/answer order?

Yes, randomize entire question blocks or individual answer choices. Configure fixed anchor questions while randomizing others. Set randomization pools and exceptions to maintain survey integrity.

Do you support anonymous responses?

Absolutely. Enable full anonymity in survey settings, which removes all identifying metadata. IP addresses are never stored and you can disable email collection for complete privacy.

Can I transfer survey ownership to another user?

What happens to my data if I cancel my account?

You receive a 30-day grace period to export all data (CSV/Excel formats). After cancellation, data is permanently deleted from our servers. Backups are purged within 90 days.
