What are the best aspects of this product?
Spreadfast has great UX and it can be breakdown into accessible tools like social inbox, calendar, analytics and content library. I mostly use the Calendar feature because it offers a visual of weekly content schedules. The analytics features provide us with results so we can constantly work on our improvements. I love its customer service, they are quick to respond and they always help us to solve our problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a learning curve with each update. The good thing is you can easily learn each tool. The team behind this software offers multiple training video but they need to answer some specific user questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Spreadfast we can easily take control of social media content, our social media schedule is streamlined, we are able to clarify our content goals and to run more powerful content campaigns. We can better understand our audience and to know their interests. We managed to improve our social media customer service by using its Highlight feature.
