Spreadfast provides great reporting features

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Spreadfast helps us to keep track of every information and to adjust changes into social media landscapes. We are ahead of our competition thanks to the reports we get. We are able to provide actionable insights so we can take our client’s campaigns to higher level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is its slow pace, I have used other software that are much faster and we can easily load streams. This tool is to slow to use in Twitter chats, and it can be buggy for Facebook scheduling. There is a limitation in Likedln reporting. It would be great if they could make an integration with Pinterest and Instagram.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a tool that would provide us with qualitative benefits of social media, and something that would deliver us insights of our competition. This product helps us to make ourselves experts and to use reports and numbers so we can prove the ROI to our clients.

"Love using Khoros"

What do you like best?

I like that is allows me to see all of the incoming messages from all of the customers. It allows me to prioritize workload and see what needs to be done when I come in for work. It is great for a visual person who needs to see all of the customers that have sent in messages. I like the additional features like adding notes and tagging certain posts so that they can be reported and sent to internal partners.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I will have trouble with the filtering options as they can be a little overwhelming. When dismissing items they don't always leave my queue which can be a bit frustrating at times.

This is a great tool that can help you better understand your customers. I highly recommend.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving customers issues through Khoros and it allows us to better understand our customers and the problems we are facing.

What do you like best?

It makes it easy for marketing and the support team delivers the best to customers and ensures they achieve their goals. This software ensures that you are always connected in that you are able to make contact with customers on all digital channels. It also ensures that you understand them, know what they want and make them feel heard. You can also engage customers with important campaigns hence fostering loyalty and accelerating sales. This platform is relatively cheap as it has authentic peer created contact which encourages trust and reduces service costs. There is always customer satisfaction since the care available brings real time conversation and nurtures customer relationship. You can schedule posts by yourself, create and manage multiple accounts and you can improve the social campaigns tthrough scalable workflow.

Can break down anytime which may cause problems such as getting inaccurate data.

What do you like best?

Khoros Marketing has always been growing and changing with time. I enjoy using this program since it is easy to use, with various features which are interesting and helpful. It is an automated tool with more improved services, faster and more accurate. I also like the support system since the response is quick and have extended articles that can help you to widen your knowledge. Your conversation with your clients or followers is good hence you can respond and follower your clients in real time. This has also been made simple because it has a very simple and easy to use interface. You can also control your messages with this tool and you are capable of seeing who shares your messages as well as where your messages arrives. I also realized that this software can help you schedule posts in advance and this can also be done in multiple accounts. Its functionality is great and you it syncs with posts from elsewhere.

Sometimes it is slow, especially when scheduling which is also complicating.

Too much training required for one to be able to use it. This increases the expences.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Spreadfast has great UX and it can be breakdown into accessible tools like social inbox, calendar, analytics and content library. I mostly use the Calendar feature because it offers a visual of weekly content schedules. The analytics features provide us with results so we can constantly work on our improvements. I love its customer service, they are quick to respond and they always help us to solve our problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a learning curve with each update. The good thing is you can easily learn each tool. The team behind this software offers multiple training video but they need to answer some specific user questions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Spreadfast we can easily take control of social media content, our social media schedule is streamlined, we are able to clarify our content goals and to run more powerful content campaigns. We can better understand our audience and to know their interests. We managed to improve our social media customer service by using its Highlight feature.

"Would recommend to other agencies."

What do you like best?

I love all the additional features on Spredfast, such as the "Plan" feature where you can group posts into one plan and track the progress of that one group as opposed to all posts. Makes it super easy.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to schedule on Instagram. However, that's obviously not Spredfast's fault.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're scheduling posts for clients who then need to approve them. Spredfast makes it easy to schedule posts with assigned approvals instead of manually emailing clients posts and language to approve.
