PlayOps is play center software for indoor kids' play centers and soft play venues — owner-run floors that still work from a paper register, a phone stopwatch and handwritten receipts. What does PlayOps cost?
Every new center starts with one month of the full Growth plan, free — no card. After that you pick a plan: Starter at $49/month or Growth at $69/month. Paying yearly gets about 2 months free ($490 or $690 a year). Chains and special setups get a Custom plan, quoted for you.
Which countries and currencies does it work in?
Any country. PlayOps runs in a web browser, shows your prices in your own currency, and runs the floor on your local time. Checkout records how the parent paid — card, cash, mobile money or a split.
How do we get set up?
Answer a few questions about your prices on your phone — about 3 minutes, in your own currency. A real person follows up on WhatsApp to set up the rest. The first month is free, no card.
Do we keep our hardware?
Yes. PlayOps runs in Chrome on whatever tablet, phone or PC you have at the counter. Your wristbands, printers and card machine stay the same.
Does PlayOps take the payment?
No. The parent pays you the way they always have — your own card machine, cash or mobile money. PlayOps records how they paid, so the day's total matches what is actually in the drawer.
Can we run more than one center?
Yes. Each center runs as its own PlayOps venue, with its own login, rates and reports. On the Custom plan we set each one up for you. There is no single combined view across centers yet.
Does it work offline?
No — PlayOps needs internet for parent WhatsApp alerts and real-time owner reports.
Is this a daycare or preschool system?
No. PlayOps is built for pay-and-play floors — hourly sessions, passes, birthday parties. If you need attendance registers, fee cycles and staff rosters for a daycare, this is the wrong tool and we will say so.
