What do you like best?

Jessie and team are available at a moment's notice! The Nudge team is helpful and responsive, we are successful in large part because of their support.

What do you dislike?

Nudge does exactly what its supposed to. I like that its lean and isn't trying to compete with facebook or instagram.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to communicate initiatives directly to our associates and broadcast information and invitations directly to them. In turn, we can ask specific questions and get immediate feedback from the field.

What do you like best?

Never before have we been able to get direct feedback from associates at all levels of the company, not to mention in the quick and enjoyable format that we do through Nudge. Nudge is the solution we have been looking for to connect our people, share best practices, and improve communication throughout our company. It truly has made our very large company feel much, much smaller!

What do you dislike?

The only downsides I see are more on our end because we can't make it mandatory since we don't provide every associate with a phone. Also those without smartphones aren't able to participate, but we have tried to find ways around that by sharing the content as a group during Pre-Service Meetings to keep everyone in the loop.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are wanting to learn more from your associates and improve your guests' experience across a large scale, get on board and start using Nudge NOW! We have been able to source feedback from our associates in ways that we have been wanting to do for years. Now if any of our departments have questions or need feedback from the field, we are able to gather it quickly by putting it out on Nudge. We are constantly blown away by our associates' willingness and eagerness to share. You will not be disappointed!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to better connect our associates at all levels, learn feedback and ideas from the frontline, built brand loyalty and pride, encourage engagement in the workplace, share best practices across the country, and so much more! We have additionally realized financial benefits as every campaign that we have done analysis on has proven successful (increased beverage sales, increased purchasing, and improved retention for those who are engaged on Nudge). We feel that we are just getting started and have a great deal of success ahead of us with Nudge.

What do you like best?

I love the Spark questions for gaining insight into trends and hopes and wishes of the associates.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing, navigating between Sparks, Nudges and Buzz - but that is user error I'm sure!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Jessie has been invaluable! WIthout the support of the Nudge team... I don't know where we would be!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to communicate directly to associates, putting information right in their hands. This has been an amazing builder of team camaraderie!

The ability to personalize the product, the ease of use and the fantastic customer service.

What do you dislike?

It's a lot of work to set up but you work with the Nudge team shoulder to shoulder.

We are a large organization that works very hard to maintain the small company feel. We have accounts across the country and we needed a way to communicate directly with everyone who works with us. This allows us to communicate directly with all levels of employees and not rely only on the managers to communicate.

What do you like best?

Simple design that's easy to use, focus on campaigns to drive specific improvements, measurable knowledge rates, and closed-loop feedback to Managers on what to focus on ... very well thought through.

What do you dislike?

Would prefer it was white-labeled to our organization ("Nudge Rewards" doesn't align with the programs we use it for) ... would like to integrate with our recognition platform ... content management was cumbersome, but has improved a lot in the last year.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Think about the internal support/governance model ... it's a new tool, and may not fit a legacy org structure that doesn't have an "operations communication" function.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it exclusively to engage remote staff who do not have ready access to desktops ... the principle focus of our campaigns is customer experience, which also includes product knowledge and promotions. We've seen a correlation between Nudge usage and improved NPS scores and product conversion rates (all boats rise together).

What do you like best?

Our organization has struggled to get important information down to our front line staff. Nudge has allowed to get over this hurdle and more. Being able to communicate with our staff directly has been a great benefit. Knowing that our staff have a tool to assist them with their daily tasks, and forum to express their opinion & problem solve challenges, has been refreshing.

What do you dislike?

Haven't found anything that I dislike about the application at this time. Our Customer Success Manager is constantly keeping us engage on improvements to the app, and we've asked for a few enhancements to the CMS which are already in progress

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Nudge has allowed us to pulse check our staff, to ensure the tools we've providing them are working.

Nudge has assisted to help reinforce our key messaging and empower our staff to feel confident in their customer interactions.

Nudge has boosted team performance and help drive results in our direct to consumer sales.

What do you like best?

I like the easy to use interface and the ability to add different media types, redirect content to other pages, and open feedback forums (i.e. Spark).

What do you dislike?

I'd like to see a list of who the recipients are in each group I check off before the Nudge gets sent out for added peace of mind. I also would like to see a slightly higher character count for the 'title' field of the Nudge. Would also like to be able to see a French preview of the Nudge just like how English shows a preview.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Help to reinforce sales positioning, tactics and reminders. Benefits include the instant communication right at the frontline reps fingertips!

Employee engagement it key! Nudge allows our employees from all over North America to share best practices, photos, and ideas on one platform that is very user friendly.

If Nudge could host our recognition platform from HR that would be perfect!

I did not find anything I did not like about working with them. They helped simplify many things and executions were made with ease.
