What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like the service that their customer support agents provide, as they were able to actually help me out with an issue our business was encountering. Setting up gift cards has been a thorn in our side for some time, and the agent was able to fix it for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Having said that their customer service was great in this particular instance, it was a bit of a slog to get to that point. I got different responses from different people, with some of them contradicting previous things I've been advised to do. It would really be a big improvement if they got everybody on the same page.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to the support agent, our issue with gift cards has now been resolved and we can now use EMV devices to accept them. It has really streamlined our operations since we can now just use one machine to accept different cards.
