Fichados es un software de control horario español pensado para que pymes y autónomos cumplan con el registro de jornada obligatorio sin complicarse la vida. Olvídate de las hojas de Excel y los papeles: con Fichados tus empleados fichan entrada, salida y pausas desde el móvil, la tablet o el ordenador, y tú llevas el control de presencia de todo tu equipo en tiempo real. Cumples el Real Decreto-ley 8/2019 y la normativa de registro horario de 2026, y te ahorras las multas de la Inspección de Trabajo, que van de 626 € a 187.515 €. Funciona así de fácil: invitas a tus empleados por email y se dan de alta al instante. A partir de ahí, cada fichaje queda registrado de forma inalterable y se conserva más de 4 años, con geolocalización opcional para verificar el lugar. Desde el panel de administración ves los fichajes en tiempo real, gestionas las ausencias (vacaciones, permisos y bajas) y generas informes exportables en PDF y Excel listos para entregar en una Inspección. Cada empleado, además, puede consultar su propio historial cuando quiera. El alta es self-service y dejas todo montado en menos de 5 minutos. ¿Por qué Fichados y no una suite de RRHH inflada? Porque es más simple, más barato y sin ataduras. Cuesta desde 9 €/mes (incluye hasta 3 empleados) más 3 €/empleado adicional, frente a los 4-8 €/empleado de las suites tradicionales, con un 20% de descuento si pagas anual. No hay proceso de ventas ni demo obligatoria, no hay permanencia y cancelas cuando quieras. Fichados hace una sola cosa, el fichaje, y la hace muy bien: ideal para hostelería, comercio, construcción, sanidad, educación, administración pública, oficinas y autónomos que solo necesitan registrar la jornada y dormir tranquilos.
