BizKhata is a GST billing, inventory and udhaar khata app made for small Indian shops – kirana and general stores, mobile and electronics shops, hardware, clothing, medical, wholesale and service businesses. It was built in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, by Anirudha Kumar, drawing on 9 years of running a family electronics shop, for shop owners who are not accountants. Make a GST tax invoice in seconds: CGST/SGST or IGST is applied automatically by place of supply, with HSN/SAC codes, discounts, round-off and amount in words. Share the bill as a PDF on WhatsApp or email, or print it on a 58mm/80mm thermal printer or as an A4 invoice. Every bill can carry a UPI QR with the exact due amount, so customers scan and pay. Keep stock under control with a product master (SKU, barcode, HSN, MRP, purchase price), camera barcode scanning, low-stock alerts and stock movement history. The khata keeps customer and supplier ledgers, payments, party statements and one-tap WhatsApp udhaar reminders – no SMS charges. Quotations, purchase bills, sales/purchase returns with credit and debit notes, delivery challans, proforma invoices and purchase orders are all included. Reports cover sales, purchases, stock, outstanding with ageing, payment registers and GST summary, exported to CSV/PDF. BizKhata works offline on Android; data syncs to your account when you are back online, and the same account opens in the web app at bizkhata.co.in/app on any laptop. PIN lock, backup/restore and Excel import/export are built in. Start on the Free plan.
