Description Syndeo’s ANY messaging app brings all customer interactions from social media networks into place so you can seamlessly have conversations with your clients from one platform no matter which channel they want to communicate on. All conversations are stored in one place so you can easily get an overview of previous interactions, which helps you provide more personalized communications and customer service. To provide a higher level of service, Syndeo allows you to recruit “Experts” -- internal employees or even external subject matter experts – who can provide additional knowledge to better answer customer queries. Using the Syndeo platform, you can deploy chatbots to interact with customers and answer commonly asked questions. Syndeo also has a feature called “Trust Based Routing”, which ensures the customer query is automatically routed to the right customer service agent who has the best experience based on previous questions answered or specialist knowledge and skills.
