What do you like best?
Before using Xink I needed to spend a lot of time configuring user signatures to keep them within company branding. Users would often make their own edits which made it difficult to keep things uniform. With Xink I hardly have to think about it. The software gets installed via group policy and the data automatically gets pulls from Active Directory.
using the built in logic to target users and groups is also really easy to follow. Some of the non technical staff are creating campaigns with little to no guidance.
What do you dislike?
its a bummer that when using outlooks webmail it needs to inject the signature in transit rather than putting it in the signature list. Although its understandable as I dont know if Microsoft would allow that kind of thing through an API or something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The Marketing department loves having the ability to put campaigns automatically right into users emails. we got the software at first just to control users signatures but it became a lot more important as a marketing tool.

Thank you for your review - Appreciate it!
Allow me to comment on your Outlook webmail challenge as you can integrate directly using Microsoft API - without having to re-route emails and injected the signature when you sent the email.
